Camcorder Batteries

A high performing Camcorder battery is essential to get the best performance from a modern feature-rich camcorder. Most camcorders are shipped with one rechargeable battery of moderate capacity. To help you get more from your camcorder, Battery Force stocks replacement camcorder rechargeable battery packs from Ansmann and Uniross. These provide compatibility, superior value for money and top performance.

Compatible camcorder battery are available in a range of capacities. A high capacity camcorder battery makes for a longer running time, but also means more bulk and weight. The top capacity camcorder battery pack will thus not always be the most suitable solution.

Most camcorder batteries quote a "run time". We've found these to be anywhere from slightly to unbelievably optimistic. To get a better idea of how long a particular battery will really run your camcorder, use our Runtime Calculator.
