Uniross RC104371 Rechargeable CR-V3 w/Charger

Finally a rechargeable battery solution for all of the power-hungry digital cameras running on CR-V3's. The charger and battery package includes everything you need to keep your camera going, at a fraction of the cost of buying replacement CR-V3 batteries. The charger includes both a 230V mains and a 12V in-car lead. It will charge the state-of-the-art Li-Ion rechargeable CR-V3 in about 2½ hours from empty. Because the Li-Ion CR-V3 has no memory effect, and the charger automatically detects when the battery is full, you can safely top up the battery at any time. Li-Ion batteries also have a much lower self discharge rate the NiMH cells, so if you can't charge up immediately before using your camera, Li-Ion technology retains the power for when you need it. The Li-Ion rechargeable CR-V3 is designed to last for up to 1000 charge cycles, and deliver up to 450 pictures per charge.

The only downside to rechargeable CR-V3 technology is related to battery chemistry: Li-Ion technology delivers a lower maximum current than single use Lithium technology. A rechargeable CR-V3 will thus work fine in your camera, but will not work in a flash gun.
